Abstract


With the increasing social demand for higher education , university scales are also expanding , and the cause of the university 's infrastructure vigorous growth , but college infrastructure also exposed some problems in the rapid development and widespread concern in the construction professionals defects in quality . The example : cracks in the wall , plaster drum cleft , roof leaks , windows and doors Mifengbuyan . These quality defects , cause some damage to the property of the State , must be taken seriously enough to affect the life of teaching, research , and teachers and students . This article by field survey four of Jinan University Teaching office buildings to get a lot of data about the defect statistics summarize the university teaching office building is the most common defects , aimed at quantitative mastered various universities defects situation . The obtained data is the key part of this research project , based on a qualitative analysis . Qualitative analysis , including comparative analysis and defect causes to explain . The comparative analysis mainly from the point of view of time and space angle , the old and the new office building of the campus teaching Compare three angles , aimed at the multi-angle multi-level analysis of defects . The defect causes to explain the main analysis from the perspective of professional and technical defects of various possible causes . The subject can cause the attention and concern of these have been put into use university managers defects through a series of field surveys and analysis of these defects in a timely manner to improve and improve . Also hope to provide some valuable suggestions to the upcoming construction of the new campus of the university administrators noted that these defects in use in the early and make the appropriate preventive measures in advance , try to avoid the same defect .
