Abstract

Large crane new product development and design process is extremely complex, cumbersome, including structural design, hydraulic system design, electrical and electronic control systems design. Structural strength, stiffness, stability and many other factors need to be considered only for the structural design, here is bound to involve a large number of mechanical calculations, how to make crane design phase of a complex calculation process becomes intuitive, efficient, reliable, is the main contents of this paper. Crane design process more traditional method is to rely on the crane structural mechanics, mechanics of materials and elasticity basic mechanics theory, the structure is simplified and equivalent to derive approximate calculations. This approach due to over-simplify the structure, the accuracy of the results is not high, and can not reflect the structure of local force status. In addition, the impact of the cranes working condition midst of the calculation of the parameter variables required are not readily available, the calculation process is very cumbersome. With the mechanics in the continuous improvement of the level of development and the rapid development of computer technology, numerical methods for its remarkable accuracy and efficiency gradually replace the traditional method in the engineering design process, the scope of application of the finite element method most widely used, has also been the emergence of a number of excellent general-purpose finite element software, mechanical calculations of the structural design process becomes simple and intuitive, greatly shorten the product design cycle. The application of the finite element method in the field of crane design is still in its infancy, there are many specific issues need to be studied, for example, the crane booms of the connections between processing, cranes dynamic response when subjected to impact loading. ANSYS is an excellent general-purpose finite element software, its powerful solver suited for solving various types of mechanical model. Especially its argument language APDL can quickly and easily from the physical model to the finite element analysis and post-processing parameters for our final crane program procedures, automation provides a good carrier. The basis of fully absorb the traditional algorithm for solving the advantages of speed, the use of the APDL language development exclusive crane design calculation software. This paper describes the the crane design method and calculation software development process, the text is divided into six chapters, as follows: the first chapter a broad overview of the structure and its development status of the truck crane, combined with crane manufacturers design The requirements of the method described the development direction of the crane. A brief introduction to the basic theory of the method and its advantages and disadvantages of cranes traditional Computation, new solutions and described the practical significance of the topics in this article. The second chapter on the vehicle structure of QAY400 as well as the main working parts of the structure and work for a more detailed description of a more thorough understanding of the structure to be analyzed in order to accurately grasp on this basis the various structures in mechanics A simplified method of analysis should be used. The Chapter Intro of each of the major components of the crane structure simplified method as well as the methods and processes of the finite element model, and by a large number of experimental and theoretical analysis to determine a feasible simulation method to ensure the accuracy of the results. These specific work for the subsequent calculation provides a reliable finite element model. Chapter IV This chapter first describes the purposes of the calculation of the program and its important role in crane design stage, introduced by the large number of theoretical figure out the the program calculation process and basic theory, the preparation of the automation program for the follow-up program to provide a reliable theoretical foundation and implementation of programs. Then calculated by checking conditions and to analyze the results, in order to examine the crane design and suggest modifications in the design is not perfect link. Chapter crane test to verify the correctness of the the program calculation program results, provide specific data to support the validity of the calculation procedure. Chapter VI summarize this work done to clarify the advantages of the program calculation program and needs improvement, make prospects for future work to be performed. Crane structure design program of calculation to determine the final structure of the crane form plays a very important role in the design cycle of the crane occupies a very long time, how to save the maximum calculation time of the program, to shorten the design cycle. of important work. Take full advantage of the advantages of the traditional calculation method and the finite element method, developed crane design calculation software, provides a practical and reliable method for the design and calculation of the crane.
