Abstract


Our country is building a harmonious society, and in the process of building a harmonious society will inevitably be some discord factors. Campus security is one of them. Place on campus is teaching and educating, focusing on the child growth and development base. Therefore, more and more campus safety concerns by the Government and people. However, with the continuous deepening of reform and opening up, the continuous economic and social development, social factors are not stable, more and more insecurity on campus are also increasingly prominent. Campus security situation is getting serious. No longer a school of Pure Land people’s minds, and campus security has become a long-term goal of education, social stability and even a great evil. View of this, three parts of the campus safety issues detailed analysis of the safety problems on campus raised some opinions.This article is divided into four parts, the first part of the first part of security incidents on campus for an overview, focuses on the protection of the rights of the source of campus safety and security incidents on campus awareness and campus security incidents basic characteristics of the main types. The second part of the analysis of the primary and secondary schools and the status of security incidents on campus safety accidents in China for the primary and secondary general classification. The third part of the legislation, law enforcement, judicial analysis of three aspects, explore the campus security incidents in the legislation, law enforcement and judicial problems.
