Abstract


The sharp speed up urbanization is with the rapid economic development, urbanization process and house dismantlement become the very important part of the construction, it not only in the development of the city has the important role and people’s living and fundamental interests relation are inseparable. But real life, because our country in urban house dismantlement legal system, such as the larger land management, the house dismantlement defects caused profound contradictions and interest conflicts, become worsening affecting social harmony and the government credit and authoritative tumors. According to relevant data show that commercial removing and compared by the former public demolition, the contradiction of the whole city triggered 70% of demolition disputes. And the government’s role positioning fuzzy and misconduct is cause contradictions fuse. So for commercial demolition government ACTS of research strengthen imperative.In this paper the author mainly to the urban house dismantlement of local government role in the evolution process and reason it clearly was the elaboration and bold prediction, the role of government, demolition subject, levying must be the government, but the government is not leading all, say what is what, but by judicial supervision, and to limit the rights to the government.This paper has four parts, its composition is as follows: one, introduces emphatically the urban house dismantlement concept, content, hope to commercial relocation standard people cognition.
