Abstract

According to the requirements of energy conservation and emission reduction, the development of new energy vehicle becomes the main task in automotive industry. Hybrid electric vehicle(HEV) which has a better fuel economy and emission, is the important direction of the current development of China new energy industry. The design of parameters matching and control strategy for powertrain in hybrid technology is the core technology of HEV and also an important means of improving the vehicle dynamic performance as well as economic performance. Therefore,it is necessary to make thorough and further research. The paper makes a deep research on applying hybrid technology to heavy-duty commercial vehicles, and mainly analyze and discuss heavy commercial hybrid power system, such as its structural arrangement, the major drive system components selection, parameter design matching, simulation modeling and performance simulation and so on. The specific contents of research are as follows.(1)By analyzing the characteristics of different structures for HEV, the paper considers many factors of HEV comprehensively, such as vehicle dynamic structural arrangement of various pros and cons of the program, operating conditions, vehicle performance, vehicle costs and the maturity of the technical conditions and so on. This study selects single-axis parallel hybrid electric vehicle as the research object and identifies the electromotor-assisted control strategy which aims at improving the fuel economy as the complete-vehicle control strategy.(2)This study analyzes the operating characteristics of the main components in driving system for the heavy commercial hybrid electric vehicle. Based on analysis of vehicle control strategy and vehicle operating conditions, this study matches and designs parameters of the components for driving system of heavy-duty commercial hybrid electric vehicle, with the vehicle power index as the aim; and Analyzed the impact of dynamic performance and economic performance on the mixing degree of hybrid vehicles. (3)Based on the mathematical model for the main components in driving system for the heavy commercial hybrid electric vehicle, this study builds SIMULINK simulation model of the main components and complete-vehicle and does the simulation calculation by software ADVISOR2002.(4)The paper conducts the optimization design and matching of key parameters of the driving system by ADVISOR2002 simulation software. The simulation results show that the commercial heavy-duty hybrid electric vehicle which is designed and developed in this study better meets the requirements of power and economy than the original car. At the same time, this research verifies the rationality of model; to obtain the best economic performance of the hybrid vehicle hybrid design degree.
