Abstract


With the improvement and the development of the society, people propose a higher request on tractor model. The technology of tractor model becomes one of the most important means to enhance the competitiveness of tractor. Studying the design flow of tractor model, using technology platform to design tractor model and developing serialized products have important influence on shortening the design cycle, improving the design quality and elevating the competitiveness of products.Based on the development history of tractor model, this paper summarizes the era characteristics of the tractor model, concludes the features of tractor model design and sums up the applications of reverse engineering in tractor model design. On the basis of discussing the features of the traditional tractor model design method and modern tractor model design method, Combing with the features of tractor model design, it builds the design flow of tractor model based on reverse engineering. It analyzes the hardware and the software environment of tractor model design, which provides basis for the construction of technology platform. At the same time, it studies the task decomposition and controlling flow of tractor model design from the angel of project management. On the basis of analyzing the key technologies of tractor model design, supporting system and the construction methods of technology platform, the technology platform of tractor model design is set up. Combing with the design example of tractor panel, the application of tractor panel reverse design is researched by the digital technology platform.
