Abstract


In general , graduate education in schools began to accept academic training system , you need to explore in academic research and make its own efforts , which in the previous stage of education is never there, graduate school life has become to some extent academic life . How to deal with the sudden graduate academic life , which will produce what kind of psychological tendencies , will make a behavioral choices for individual development , quality of graduate education for sustainable development as well as academic career will produce different degrees of direct or indirect impact on is worth exploring. According to this study, a qualitative research approach , in-depth postgraduate academic life scenes , interviews objects on 15 interviews and observations , the reality of their situation and feelings of psychological experience , to collect a wealth of first-hand information . In the interview data compilation and analysis , based on a \aptitude and other non-productive orientation , as well as the production of sexual powers of reason . There are two main research findings : First, the academic life of the different personalities affect the orientation is not an isolated individual , but the individual mixed intertwined together to play a role ; two graduate academic life is subject to many factors , but academic interests play a key role . This study suggests that the market orientation of the character , accepting aptitude , personality hoarding orientation , exploitation and other non-productive character orientation orientation present in our graduate academic life to occupy a dominant position , and \even exiled . Creative academic life need a rational dominant, while those unproductive orientation you can control the power of reason , the conversion rational human needs, in a certain range of the release of their active force , so that both people's desire to avoid alienation academic, but also to avoid the suppression of academic alienation of people , thus achieving academic and life harmony.
