Abstract


Rapid progress of China 's highway construction in the 1990s , is now of these damaged highway construction in the 1990s are faced with difficult conservation status of bitumen in situ regeneration technology as a new type of technology without harming the environment and road maintenance effect good and so will have different advantages and prospects for the development of the traditional conservation . From senior highway development status and details of the manner and type of road damage , road maintenance technology at home and abroad , as well as R \u0026 D based on the equipment is collected on the basis of summarized . Through the analysis of road maintenance technology abroad , asked the practicality and feasibility of the implementation of the new road maintenance in China . By comparing conventional heating , infrared heating and microwave heating of three heating methods , the proposed microwave heating asphalt pavement can be implemented , then introduces the principles and methods of microwave heating , microwave heater and microwave radiation are designed on this basis . Through the analysis of the experimental data to determine in experimental microwave absorption properties of the asphalt pavement , asphalt road surfaces microwave has a good absorption characteristics . Then we developed the asphalt pavement maintenance equipment , mechanical sketch and its dimensions and description , a preliminary introduction to the system running the way of equipment , as well as the design of PLC . Microwave heating bitumen in situ thermal technology has broad prospects for development , it has high efficiency , no pollution characteristics , has a pivotal role in the development of microwave heating asphalt pavement equipment for road maintenance , the core of this dissertation is based on microwave good heating microwave heating asphalt pavement experiment developed in these foundation maintenance equipment , and to lay the foundation for further research and development of road maintenance device .
