Abstract


Roads, such as a Net-veined, can unify the points, lines, surfaces of the various scenic spots into a whole part in one scenic area. While there are so many landscape resources in a condition of sparsely populated, inaccessible that lots of the areas couldn’t be available and fully utilized. Then more and more ineffective and unscientific form of road planning and practices are presently coming into being, thus making all aspects of the scenic area roads planning and design staying at a relatively low level, even worse some road’s layout did not only failed to meet minimum traffic results, but damage to the scenic landscape and ecological environment, it’s really more harm than good. Meanwhile, scenic road planning and design will directly affect the merits of the whole scenic area and the area’s operational efficiency, and these problems have attracted the relevant scenic designer’s attention.In this paper, scenic road is to be the main object of my study, and also the scenic road planning and design of our current situation and existing problems will be analyzed. Knowing research objectives, firstly we should start with the functions and features of scenic roads in order to obtain a result about the advantages and the available conditions in scenic road design from the functions and features of scenic roads. While through dialectical materialism and research and the integrated use of some scenic road design related theories, such as roads aesthetics, tourist aesthetic psychology, landscape architecture, etc., carry out on the scenic road design theory and practice of double discourse as well as an ideal design methods and techniques from the tourist psychology and many other aspects of the ecological environment. Therefore we could find the best way to plan a scenic road. Attempt to change the traditional design ideas in scenic road planning, and then change the structure of the road traffic system, improving the road’s function, scientific design of the road through the whole scenic area, integrating the landscape beside scenic road to their effective with the surrounding environment in order to coordinate the relationship between along landscape and scenic roads.Finally, to sum up these research results mentioned above, like Chongqing Xiushan Youshui River-Scenic Area Master Plan Shidi example, through the analysis of its a series of factors such as geographical situation, traffic conditions, the source of view situation, putting into an rational and scientific road planning Design techniques for them to be looking forward to the scenic road traffic system and road landscape design for reference.
