Abstract

Objective: cerebral hemorrhage is one of the critical illness of neurology , we intend to take advantage of the PWI technology different amount of bleeding in patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage , different time the perifocal organizations the rCBF measurements to understand the variation of the brain after ICH the perifocal organizations rCBF for clinical provide a theoretical basis . METHODS: September 2009 to April 2010 my department treated 22 cases of patients with cerebral hemorrhage . All patients were confirmed by CT scan and cerebral hemorrhage , cerebral hemorrhage diagnostic criteria developed in line with the National Stroke Conference 1995 . Were enrolled according to the amount of bleeding in patients divided into three groups based on bleeding time in one day , seven days , 14 days line the PWI check , to discuss the different amount of bleeding , different times of intracerebral hemorrhage and organizational changes in cerebral blood flow . Results: 1. Bleeding ≤ 10 ml in patients with cerebral hemorrhage , the first day of the onset intracerebral hemorrhage tissue blood flow parameters change is not obvious. 2 the amount of bleeding 10-20 ml and 20-30 ml in patients with cerebral hemorrhage , the first day of the onset intracerebral hemorrhage organization CBF , CBV, MTT TPP there are variations ; 3 . The incidence seven days , three groups of patients , perifocal organization CBF, CBV, MTT, TPP most obvious changes , decreased cerebral blood flow . Onset of the first 14 days of the three groups of patients , perifocal organization CBF, CBV , MTT, TPP change significantly ; conclusions : 1 . Magnetic resonance perfusion imaging techniques to measure cerebral blood flow is a fast , safe , and can provide high-precision , repeatable measurements , semi-quantitative cerebral blood flow values, and the price is reasonable , no radiation . Perifocal tissue in cerebral hemorrhage cerebral blood flow decline , different amount of bleeding , at different times , intracerebral hemorrhage organizations cerebral blood flow decreased to varying degrees . 3 . The intracerebral hemorrhage organizations cerebral blood flow decreased to dynamic changes in cerebral hemorrhage after about seven days , the most significant decline in cerebral blood flow .
