Abstract


Purpose : the role of high-dose glucocorticoids and femoral head intravascular microthrombi formation is closely related to cause pathophysiological changes in microcirculatory disorders such as femoral head necrosis occurred . Low molecular weight heparin can prevent the formation of blood clots and generally does not require monitoring . The subject by the Wistar rat subcutaneous low molecular weight heparin calcium , influence the formation of microthrombi in the capillaries of the femoral head , thereby reducing the incidence of femoral head necrosis of femoral head necrosis provide a theoretical basis for clinical drug prevention . Research methods 15 : healthy Wistar rats were randomly divided into hormone group 5 , group A , the gluteal injection dexamethasone sodium phosphate 15mg (3ml ) / kg once a week , subcutaneous saline 1.6ml/kg once a day ; group B , gluteal injection of dexamethasone sodium phosphate 15mg (3ml) / kg once weekly subcutaneous low molecular weight heparin 2000u ( 1.6ml ) / kg once a day, gluteal injection of saline 3ml/kg weekly ; C The group, once daily subcutaneous injection of saline 1.6ml/kg gluteal muscle injection saline 3ml/kg, once a week . After 6 weeks with a volume fraction of 10% chloral hydrate anesthesia , found under the abdominal aorta in the surgical ligation of the proximal abdominal aorta and the cannula in the distal end of the abdominal aorta , 1:5000 heparinized saline perfusion , until vein reflux clear, and quickly removed the femoral head , observed decalcification do after the appearance of the slices, the HE staining empty bone lacunae rate , observe the trabecular bone area , PTAH staining thrombosis . Finally, the data were statistically analyzed . Results: ( 1) three groups femoral head appearance was no significant difference ; ( 2) empty the bone trap nest rate difference was statistically significant ; ( 3) the microthrombi staining visible hormone group thrombosis ; (4 ) trabecular bone area than The difference was statistically significant . Conclusion : The low molecular weight heparin to prevent the formation of blood clots , reduce the incidence of steroid-induced osteonecrosis of the femoral head , the prevention of femoral head necrosis in one way , but it can not prevent osteoporosis occur .
