Objective: To analyze and summarize the line splenectomy treatment effects and clinical efficacy on the part of the blood in patients , and to explore the impact of splenectomy in the treatment of idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura (ITP) prognostic factors , and to provide a reference for clinical treatment . Methods: 61 cases from 2004 to 2010 in our hospital because of a blood disease splenectomy patients clinical data and follow-up data collection, analysis , and application of SPSS software to minimize the number of idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura ( ITP ) , hereditary spherocytosis polycythemia disease ( HS ) , thalassemia patients splenectomy , postoperative follow-up blood indicators were compared , and gender , age, duration and the Plt value of preoperative , postoperative 1 week Plt peak of hormonal responses surgery before complications may predict ITP splenectomy prognostic factors were analyzed by univariate analysis . Evans syndrome , myelofibrosis (MF), lymphoma , chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) patients with preoperative , postoperative and follow-up were compared . Results: 1 . Clinical efficacy : 61 patients with preoperative and postoperative data comparison and follow-up draw , ITP patients , followed up for more than one year of HS patients and patients with thalassemia splenectomy efficiency 75 % , 88.89% , 100% , MF, lymphoma , CLL patients with hematologic malignancies correct splenomegaly and hypersplenism assist in medical diagnosis and treatment ; splenectomy Evans syndrome refractory to medical therapy effect . 2.ITP prognosis in univariate analysis : on splenectomy the effective group splenectomy invalid group sex, course of the disease , preoperative the Plt value , postoperative 1 week Plt peak hormonal responses complications , preoperative analysis , no statistically significant (P gt; 0.05), the age comparison results (P lt; 0.05) prompted age can be a forecast splenectomy efficacy factors . The younger , the efficacy may be better . Conclusion: splenectomy for treatment of a blood disease efficacy significantly . Could be the age of the patients with ITP after splenectomy Clinical predictors of younger , efficacy may be better .
