This paper aims to explore male patients with type 2 diabetes, serum sex hormone levels change and its correlation with obesity, glucose and lipid metabolism , better to guide clinical control obesity , correcting lipid disorders , delay the occurrence and development of chronic complications . Select the period May 2009 to May 2010 , of which only 30 cases of healthy men in our hospital examination as a normal control group (A ) , 50 cases of the same period in our hospital Endocrinology hospitalized men with type 2 diabetes diabetes 35 cases (B group ) , 15 cases of combined obesity (C group) . The above subjects aged 33-75 years old . Record clinical data of patients in each group , and statistical analysis . The results showed : 1 set of all indices compare : Age was no significant difference among the three groups ; Group A , B and C patients FPG , HbA1c, E2 , LH , E2 / T were higher , HDL- C, T, TSI lower C group BMI, LDL-C also increased , and the differences were statistically significant ; and B group , C group BMI , TC , LDL- C , E2 / T were increased T, TSI are reduced, there is a statistically significant difference . Among the three groups to TG, FSH was no significant difference . 2 . Two cases of group A correlation analysis : group B : T and HDL - C was positive related ( P lt ; 0.05 ) , and TG were negative related ( P lt ; 0.01 ) ; E2 / T and HDL - C were negative related ( P lt; 0.01), was positively correlated with TG (P lt; 0.01). E2, LH, FSH, TSI was no correlation with other indicators . Group C : E2 with FPG , HbA1c showed a positive correlation (P lt; 0.05); E2 / T with FPG was positively related ( P lt ; 0.05) , and HDL-C was negatively correlated ( P lt; 0.05 ) . T, LH, FSH, TSI was no correlation with other indicators . Thus , the following conclusions : 1 , men with type 2 diabetes exist hormone secretion disorder , lipid disorders , combined obese metabolic disorders . 2 , serum sex hormone levels reflect one of the indicators of the men with type 2 diabetes metabolic changes may occur with men with type 2 diabetes , and related to the development , independent of obesity . Male serum testosterone is beneficial lipid metabolism factor , an appropriate increase in serum testosterone levels of the body , may improve dyslipidemia . , Testosterone replacement therapy may be beneficial control of type 2 diabetes , obesity and dyslipidemia condition and delay the occurrence and development of chronic complications remains to be seen , but its long-term security of the application .
