Objective: To understand AIDS patients with lower gastrointestinal tract and urinary tract Candida colonization status, species distribution and drug resistance for AIDS Fungal infections provide a theoretical basis for integrated control. Methods: 129 cases of AIDS patients collected stool samples and urine samples of 134 cases of AIDS patients, 200 healthy people while collecting stool samples and urine samples as a control, the collected urine specimens were inoculated Sandcastle's medium at 37 ℃ culture incubators within a week if a soft and smooth creamy white colonies formed as positive, two weeks without colony formation as negative. To cultivate positive samples CHROMagar chromogenic medium and API identification system for species identification and separation of species. Using microdilution method for separation of pure strains commonly used antifungal drug fluconazole, itraconazole, voriconazole and amphotericin B in vitro susceptibility testing. Statistical analysis of Candida colonization AIDS, drug and correlation with immune status. Results: Candida AIDS stool culture positive 71.3%, significantly higher than the healthy control group 27.0%, mainly Candida albicans strain distribution to non-Candida albicans in AIDS patients and healthy people were percentage of 52.1%, 43.7%. The positive rate of urinary candidiasis in HIV patients and healthy individuals were 16.4%, 11.0%, analysis revealed no statistically significant differences. AIDS patients in the lower digestive tract and urinary tract Candida colonization rate of CD4 gt; 200 个 / μl and CD4 lt; 200 个 / μl was no difference in the two groups of patients. Two groups of female urinary Candida positive rate significantly higher than men, strain distribution of AIDS patients with Candida albicans is the most, followed by C. glabrata. And healthy people to a maximum of Candida glabrata, followed by Candida albicans. Isolated from AIDS patients stool Candida to fluconazole, voriconazole, amphotericin B is the total resistance was significantly higher than healthy people; while Candida was isolated from the urine of the total resistance rate in both groups did not significant. Conclusions: HIV patients with lower gastrointestinal Candida colonization was significantly higher than healthy people, in the urinary tract colonization rate was not significantly different, the most bacteria colonization of Candida albicans. CD4T its colonization rate and cell counts in patients with no correlation. Isolated from AIDS patients stool Candida to fluconazole, voriconazole, amphotericin B is the total resistance was significantly higher than healthy people; while in urine, the total resistance rates in both groups were not significantly different.
