Abstract


Objective To investigate viral hepatitis psychological status of patients to explore the social and psychological factors of viral hepatitis and cognitive therapy to improve the effect of chronic hepatitis B patients with moderate psychological conditions. (1) object selection from October 2009 to September 2010 in Guangxi hospitals of 302 patients with viral hepatitis, infectious diseases inpatient general information based on the purpose Symptom Checklist ( SCL-90) patients were investigated to understand the mental health situation of viral hepatitis. (2) 60 patients with moderate chronic hepatitis B were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, the experimental group in the routine care on the basis of cognitive intervention. Admission, two weeks after admission SCL-90 Scale were used to assess the mental health status of the experimental group and control group patients, before and after cognitive intervention, the psychological status of the experimental group and the control group over the same period comparison. (3) the use of statistical software SPSS13.0 data descriptive analysis, t test, 2 test, analysis of variance, the multiple samples rank sum test, Pearson correlation analysis and multiple linear stepwise regression analysis. (1) In this study, 302 patients with viral hepatitis its SCL-90 total score of 152.81 ± 47.77, the nine factor in depression factor score highest, 1.90 ± 0.63; phobic lowest score of 1.46 ± 0.57. (2) hepatitis psychological status of patients influential factors: sex, educational level, marital status, family economic situation, clinical diagnosis, age at diagnosis for the first time, the number of hospital treatment by your doctor, sick attention by your doctor their diet / rest / Sport / working conditions, the impact of the illness on the patient's life / learning / work, attitude of the families of sick patients, patients with hepatitis knowledge level of understanding, the patient of hepatitis knowledge to understand the main way P lt; 0.05. Multiple linear stepwise regression analysis, the variables into the regression equation 4, according to their impact on the order of the extent of the impact of the illness on the patient's life / work / study, marital status, level of understanding of patients with hepatitis knowledge, education level. (3) marital status, level of understanding of the patients with hepatitis knowledge, education and patient's mental state was positively related to the illness on the patient's life / learning / work the degree of influence with the patient's mental health was negatively correlated. (4) before and after the intervention, the experimental group SCL-90 somatization, depression, anxiety, hostility four factor scores on the difference was statistically significant, P lt; 0.05. (5) the control and experimental groups in the two weeks after admission SCL-90 somatization, anxiety factor score difference was statistically significant, P lt; 0.05. Conclusion (1) viral hepatitis in patients with varying degrees of psychological problems. (2) the factors that affect the level of mental health: the illness the patient's life / work / study the degree of influence, marital status, level of understanding of patients with hepatitis knowledge, education. (3) marital status is good, higher levels of mental health; patients with hepatitis knowledge of a correct understanding of the more, the better the level of mental health; relatively high level of education, a better level of mental health; illness, the patient's life / learning / the greater the degree of influence of the work, the worse the level of mental health. (4) cognitive therapy to improve the psychological status of chronic hepatitis B patients with moderate obvious effect.
