Abstract

Objective: By comparing the normal people, the light pancreatitis patients and patients with severe pancreatitis early outer periphery blood lipid carrying protein -2 (Lipocalin-2, LCN2) level to explore the LCN2 whether can as indicators to determine the prognosis of acute pancreatitis. Methods: 1, according to China's 2004 guide diagnosis of acute pancreatitis standards included 44 cases of patients with acute pancreatitis incidence within 24h as the case group, according to the condition of the case patients divided into light group (M) and severe group ( S group). 32 cases randomly selected healthy adults as a control group (N). 2, record the gender, age, degree of obesity (BMI), 24 hours after admission the patient group calculation and 24h to 48h the inside APACHEII rating after the onset of charge within 24h, 48h blood samples and blood samples of the control group. Blood serum sample centrifugal specimens -70 ° C. cryopreservation. And at the same time to the same period of time to detect cases of group C-reactive protein. 3, N group, M group, S group different time periods LCN2 value measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. 4, (1) comparison group N, M group, S group, age, sex ratio, body mass index. (2) The comparison group N, M, S group LCN2 and C-reactive protein values. (3) in time for the packet comparison group M and S group LCN2 and CRP values ??change. 5, all the results of statistical analysis with SPSS19.0 software. Results: 1 N group (33.37 ± 6.62), M group (39.00 ± 8.45) and S (39.78 ± 10.72) between the ages was not statistically significant, P gt; 0.05 2 N group, M, S group sex ratio (male / female) 18/14, 18/8, 10/8, the test no statistically significant difference, P gt; 0.05 3 N group BMI (22.90 ± 1.87 Kg/m2) and M group (24.71 ± 2.63, Kg/m2), S group (25.58 ± 2.33 Kg/m2) compared to a statistically significant difference, P lt; 0.05. M group and S group BMI was not statistically significant, P gt; 0.05 4 N group LCN2 (83.16 ± 28.47μg / L) is less than M group (106.36 ± 17.84μg / L, P lt; 0.05) and S (658.96 ± 280.60μg / L, P lt; 0.05). M group and S group incidence 24h LCN2 statistically significant, P lt; 0.05, incidence 48h LCN2 significant difference, P lt; 0.05. M group (5.32 ± 2.72mg / L) with S group (6.38 ± 2.21mg / L) incidence 24h of CRP did not differ significantly, P gt; 0.05. Incidence 48h M group (25.27 ± 38.85 mg / L) and S group (58.85 ± 33.19, mg / L) are different, but not significantly, P = 0.048 lt; 0.05 5 M group incidence of 24h LCN2 and CRP LCN2 and CRP compared incidence 48h no difference in P gt; 0.05. S group incidence for 24h LCN2 incidence 48h LCN2 showed no difference, P gt; 0.05, while CRP differ, P lt; 0.05. Conclusion: Obesity is prone factors of acute pancreatitis may be one of the indicators of poor prognosis. 2, LCN2 could be used as indicators of the prognosis of acute pancreatitis.
