Abstract


Objective To investigate home rehabilitation of children with cerebral palsy status of implementation, analysis of the problems in the family in the rehabilitation process, to explore the factors affecting the implementation of family rehabilitation and propose appropriate countermeasures to improve the training of family rehabilitation effect, the popularity of home rehabilitation model. Methods June 2010 to November 2010 in Changchun City, two tertiary hospitals rehabilitation centers for rehabilitation of children with cerebral palsy parents of 125 cases, the self-designed questionnaire survey. The questionnaire included: the general information of the families of children with cerebral palsy, parents disease related knowledge level of parents involved in the status of implementation of rehabilitation of enthusiasm and home rehabilitation. The the data entry Epidata office software, using the the medical statistical software SPSS13.0 for statistical analysis. General Information Survey using descriptive statistical analysis, such as frequency, rate, percentage; count data using the chi-square test; measurement data using t-test and variance analysis; influencing factors using logistic regression analysis. Results 1. Parents knowledge of disease evaluation pass only 34.2%, the grade point average (4.80 ± 1.88) points, most of the scores concentrated in 3-7 minutes, only 8.3% of the parents of more than 8 points, the parents of cerebral palsy knowledge mastered not comprehensive, system. Medical coping style of parents of children with cerebral palsy tend to evade and yield, 50.8% of the parents involved in the rehabilitation of children with cerebral palsy had a negative attitude, only 49.2% of parents actively involved in the rehabilitation of children. 3.85.0% of parents recognize the importance of family rehabilitation, 71.7% of the parents of children with cerebral palsy implementation of family rehabilitation, only 50.8% of parents to choose the hospital - a combination of family and rehabilitation. 4. Families of children with cerebral palsy rehabilitation implementation process, only 19.8% of professional guidance, 93.0% is limited to the rehabilitation of motor function, only 12.8% of the duration of the rehabilitation of children with cerebral palsy families for more than one year, 18.6% of parents that the effect of family rehabilitation. 5.91.2% of the parents' lack of knowledge of the rehabilitation method is not for children with cerebral palsy implementation of home-based rehabilitation; 88.3% of the parents said that the way to get home rehabilitation knowledge guidance from professionals; 82.6% of parents think that the impact of family rehabilitation training The primary factor in the informal family rehabilitation, 73.3% of the parents on the disease-related knowledge needs a prognosis of the disease. Sex, educational level of the parents, children, family residence time in hospital rehabilitation in children, parents knowledge Scores, actively involved in the rehabilitation of children and parents the importance of family rehabilitation cognitive factors implement or not influential families of children with cerebral palsy rehabilitation, with a significant difference (P lt; 0.05). Logistic regression analysis, the educational level of the parents, the children in the hospital rehabilitation time and parents on the importance of family rehabilitation cognitive three factors into the regression equation. Conclusion 1. Parents of children with cerebral palsy disease-related knowledge level is low, actively involved in the rehabilitation of children, the urgent need to improve the level of awareness of parents of children with diseases. Home rehabilitation of children with cerebral palsy has failed to effectively carry out, family rehabilitation model is not yet universal; family rehabilitation training is not standardized, and poor results need to be improved. The educational level of the parents of children with cerebral palsy in hospital rehabilitation time, parents' perceptions of the importance of the home-based rehabilitation of children with cerebral palsy are the main factors for implementation or home rehabilitation of children with cerebral palsy. Raise parents' perceptions of the importance of family rehabilitation establish the confidence of the parents to participate in the rehabilitation of children with cerebral palsy, strengthen intervention of community members, the effective use of social support, can increase the effect of rehabilitation of children with cerebral palsy families.
