Abstract

【Objective】 to take home and abroad recent research results based on an attempt to introduce nurse self-concept questionnaire, combined with our cultural background finished Amendment, the formation of the Chinese version of the nurse self-concept questionnaire; explore Shanghai hospitals of the nurse's professional identity professional self-concept and its relationship burnout, exploring professional identity, professional self-concept the cognitive evaluation factors of nurse burnout mechanism, in order to enhance our nurse's professional identity and professional self-concept level, to mobilize its occupational adaptation potential, from of nurses factors level of education, management strategies, in order for our nurses to cope with occupational stress, reduce burnout, stable nursing personnel to provide valuable research. [Method] on the basis of the self-concept questionnaire translated English version nurses, eight experts assessed the content validity of the Chinese version of the initial questionnaire and applying the questionnaire to facilitate sampling method in Shanghai two hospitals of 347 the nurses after the implementation of the pre-survey, analyzing the structure of the Chinese version of nurses self-concept pre-trial questionnaire validity, criterion validity and test-retest reliability, Cronbach'sα coefficient, the formation of a formal questionnaire. ② two-stage sampling method, self-concept questionnaire Chinese version of nurses, professional identity scale burnout scale investigation Shanghai 1017, six hospitals of nurses, confirmatory factor analysis test nurse self-concept questionnaire English version with two different structures of the Chinese version of the goodness of fit of the model, to verify the construct validity of the Chinese version of the nurse self-concept questionnaire and the reliability test again; assessment Shanghai hospitals of (hereinafter referred to as the \) nurses professional identity, professional self-concept and the overall level of burnout, the three correlation analysis to explore professional identity, professional self-concept of cognitive evaluation factors of nurse burnout mechanism to explore the professional self-concept as an intermediary variable professional identity nurse burnout effect model. 【Results】 ① the Chinese Edition nurse self-concept questionnaire to be the formation and validation: the Chinese version nurses self-concept questionnaire Cronbach'sα coefficient 0.831-0.954; retest reliability 0.618-0.827; each entry content validity index (item-CVI, the I -CVI) 0.875-1.000; six common factors by exploratory factor analysis, the cumulative variance contribution rate of 61.662%; Rosenberg Self-Esteem Scale (SES) as the criterion, the Chinese version of the questionnaire factor SES total divided into moderate positive correlation . Chinese version of nurses self-concept questionnaire six-factor model, compared with the six-factor model of the English version of the questionnaire has a better goodness of fit (χ2/df = 4.517, GFI = 0.866, TLI = 0.900, CFI = 0.908, IFI = 0.908, RMSEA = 0.059). ② the group of nurses, occupational identity score was 35.04 ± 7.49; professional self-concept dimension, employee relations, the highest score, followed by knowledge, communication, care, comprehensive self-concept, leadership scores lowest, professional self-concept scores were lower than Australian Nursing; this group of nurse burnout emotional exhaustion, depersonalization dimension scores were higher than the M's norm, personal accomplishment score is lower than the M's norm; but its emotional exhaustion, depersonalization and personal accomplishment scores were higher than the Hangzhou norm. Nurses professional identity, professional self-concept dimension to their emotional exhaustion, depersonalization negatively correlated positively related to their personal sense of accomplishment as; professional identity of nurses and their professional self-concept dimensions are positively correlated. (3) nurses professional identity, professional self-concept of burnout predictive role: professional identity of the group of nurses, professional self-concept can be directly negative predict burnout comprehensive self-concept of their emotional exhaustion, low personal accomplishment is directly attributable to negative impact; care of its depersonalization and low personal accomplishment have a negative impact; employee relations directly negatively predicted its depersonalization; leadership have a direct negative impact of its low personal accomplishment; professional identity professional self indirect negative concept as mediating variables to predict burnout, a concrete manifestation of professional identity by nurses self-concept indirectly affect their emotional exhaustion; employee relations through enhanced care, self-concept indirectly reduce the depersonalization; enhance the comprehensive self-concept, care , the leadership of the self-concept and thus indirectly improve their personal accomplishment. [Conclusion] ① Chinese Edition nurse self-concept questionnaire reliability and validity applicable to evaluate the level of professional self-concept of nurses. ② the group of nurses, occupational identity at the middle level, professional self-concept scores low burnout phenomenon is more serious; professional identity of the nurse's professional identity, professional self-concept of their burnout has a direct negative impact nurses also their professional self-concept as mediating variables, indirect negative predict burnout. Therefore, concerned about the level of nurses' professional identity, professional self-concept development predict their burnout and controllable influencing factors on its own, to develop intervention strategies to promote the development of their professional self-concept is expected to enhance the level of our professional identity of the nurse, , thus effectively alleviate burnout of nurses in China new path and Countermeasures.
