Objective: This study was designed under the guidance of TCM theory to explore to copy the Palace ring hemorrhage Yin stasis syndrome animal model and study its pathogenesis . Methods : This paper reviews the status and progress of the Chinese and Western Medicine deficiency and blood stasis Palace ring hemorrhage , the rats were randomized into four groups : blank group , set ring group , model group , the treatment group . Build a palace ring hemorrhage deficiency and blood stasis rat model combined with the the drugs orally composite practices through surgery set ring , observation of the rats in each group general behavior change , changes in body weight and morphological changes in the rat uterus , and through the treatment group compared observed protein antibody chips to detect the level of cytokine expression in the rat uterus Finally, the use of cytokine changes observed in each group , through the intervention of the drugs on cytokine animal models to further corroboration . Results : model group behavior is abnormal , mainly for the increase in food and water , increased activity , increased excitability , irritability , hair color lose their luster , growth slow compared with the control group , the difference has a high degree of statistical significance ( P lt ; 0.01) . Uterine tissue morphology smear presented endometrial epithelial cell necrosis , inflammatory cell infiltration . Compared with the set ring group , model group, interleukin - 1β ( IL -1β ) , tumor cell necrosis factor - α ( TNF -α ) , monocyte chemoattractant protein -1 (MPC-1) as well as tissue inhibitor of matrix metalloproteinase factor (TIMP-1) 4 level of cytokine expression has undergone a significant change . IL -1β , TNF -α levels with the blank group compared to rise, the difference was highly statistically significant ( P lt; 0.01 ) , significantly increased MCP -1 than the control group , the difference was statistically significant (P lt ; 0.05), TIMP-1 control group was significantly reduced, the difference was statistically significant ( P lt; 0.05 ) . Conclusion: The experiments show that the set ring hybrid modeling method in combination with drugs orally ring than a single set more significant impact body weight of rats , cell morphology and organization cytokine expression level . Drug treatment model is reasonable evidence . Protein antibody chip parallel detection of multiple cytokines expression level, preliminary estimates of IL-1β, TNF-α, MPC-1 as well as of TIMP- 1 four kinds of cytokines deficiency and blood stasis , but still a large number of experiments show .
