Abstract

Group HR organizational structure, business processes, user needs analysis of all aspects of the research , the design of human resource management system overall framework and implement technology-based solutions , the development achieved in the web publishing based on B / S structure of the human resources management system . First introduced the system of domestic and international human resource management research and application , analyzes the characteristics of human resource management system ; Second , focusing on analysis of system requirements, system development proposed scope and user roles features, and on this basis, the system is designed various functional modules ; finally, illustrates the system implementation process , and system performance optimization method is introduced.
