Dry eye is a class of the sense of dry eye, foreign body sensation, fatigue, burning sensation, redness, itching, blurred vision and other symptoms of the disease, Schirmer quality stems from a variety of causes and (or) the amount of abnormalities or abnormal tear dynamics, leading to instability or lack of ocular surface tear film and ocular surface tissue lesions. With the development of social modernization, air conditioning and computer so widely used, the incidence of dry eye gradually increased. Many pathogenic factors, etiology and pathogenesis is not clear, there was no magic method of treatment for the cause, has seriously affected the quality of life of patients. Objective: To observe the immediate effects compare acupuncture and Acupuncture' dissertation">Fire Acupuncture treatment of dry eye and clinical efficacy. Methods: This study is to take a randomized controlled clinical research methods. Divided into acupuncture group (22 cases) and Fire Acupuncture control group (20 cases). Corneal staining, tear film break-up time before each treatment, the amount of tear secretion was measured, and subjective symptoms were observed immediately after the end of treatment of these indicators then observe and record the corresponding score, to compare the results. Results: The two groups were compared before and after treatment the results: (1) the sensation of dryness, foreign body sensation, fatigue, redness and discomfort, improve acupuncture group after treatment (p lt; 0.05). (2) the control group after treatment, dryness, foreign body sensation, fatigue improvement (p lt; 0.01), but jealous and discomfort invalid (p gt; 0.05). (3) before and after treatment in the extension of the tear film break-up time, increased tear flow effectively (P lt; 0.05); in improving corneal staining no significant effect (P gt; 0.05). The two groups were comparison: (1) acupuncture therapy to improve the patient's dry sense jealous and discomfort than Fire Acupuncture treatment (p lt; 0.05). However, the effect of treatment of the two groups of foreign body sensation and fatigue was no significant difference (p gt; 0.05). (2) the two groups in the extension of the tear film break-up time, increased tear flow treatment effect (P gt; 0.05); in improving corneal staining compare P-lt; 0.05, statistically significant, but the treatment of the two sets of data before differences in corneal staining, and it will not compare. Conclusion: (1) acute effects of acupuncture have significant effect in improving symptoms Fire Acupuncture treatment significantly improve the efficacy of the remaining symptoms in addition to the jealous and discomfort. (2) the immediate effects of acupuncture better than Fire Acupuncture treatment to improve patients' sense of dryness, redness and discomfort. (3) increase the tear secretion, delay the breakdown of the tear film between the two groups are valid and the same effect.
