Abstract


Clinical Engineering has become an indispensable basic disciplines of modern research hospital , is an important symbol of the degree of modernization of hospitals , their support capabilities toward more efficient , easier, more practical direction . Security management of the medical engineering is the main line will be medical engineering , clinical departments and medical personnel to provide technical evaluation , equipment quality control application assessment , clinical training , and medical equipment as the main content of total quality management and the full range of effective management . This paper aims to design and development of an appropriate security model of the modern hospital medical engineering management information system , promote the security changes in the pattern of hospital medical engineering , medical engineering support management level . This topic is for the security system of digital hospital medical engineering management requirements , develop a complete set of management information systems . Issues through the evaluation and analysis of medical engineering support work mode , integrate existing job type of security work , to determine protection task execution processes to adapt to application requirements . Hospital medical engineering process management requirements of the security work , the development of various security management system and operating specifications , standardization and electronic security job form , and the establishment of medical equipment management file . Using PDF portable electronic documents with embedded XML middleware technology with SQL SERVER back-end database support , protection of business data entry , calculations, submission, storage , and analysis functions , the protection of working in an efficient , orderly and full control of the environment to complete . The application WEB query and dynamic Excel data queries, task status , progress tracking , medical engineering statistical analysis of security information and other functions . Through long-term practical application of the information system , effective optimization and improvement of the original hospital medical engineering support work mode , increase efficiency , improve performance and reduce costs . Medical engineering support job standardization and job data document database management , standardize the workflow of medical engineering support , and strengthen the ability to make use of information control and mining . Accumulated detailed practice data protection for the digitization of medical equipment management decisions , and provide a favorable platform for the entire life of the whole process of digitization equipment quality management .
