Abstract


Now, the issue of employment of university students has caused widespread concern in the community, Students' Difficult Employment by the students themselves to internal factors and external factors combined effect of the results. College students can not control these external factors in college enrollment, the international financial crisis, but they can achieve to promote employment through self-regulating employment expectations. The employment expectations as an entry point for the employment of college students psychological analysis, study of college students employment expectations and the relationship between the Students Perfectionism Students Perfectionism employment expectations more clearly designed to help college students self-awareness, thereby regulating employment expectations in order to increase employment possibilities. This rich employment expectations research work and to solve the difficult problem of employment of university students at this stage has a certain reference value. This study on the basis of a large number of theoretical analysis, through open-ended questionnaire survey of college students 'employment expectations for data collection and preparation of the questionnaire items, and college students as the research object, item analysis of the structure of college students' employment expectations exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis, and further discussion of the system of college students of Perfectionism and employment expected characteristics and relationship to the following conclusions: 1. multidimensional structure of college students' employment expectations, including four factors, treatment, matching, reputation and normative. Self employment of university students expect the questionnaire has good reliability and validity, and can be used as a study of the issue of employment of university students expect the effective measurement tools. Student employment expectations there are significant differences in the demographic variables and interactions. More girls than boys to adhere to the requirements of welfare benefits; non-agricultural hukou girls than boys, the boys of agricultural accounts more than the non-agricultural household boys persist in their employment expectations and requirements of the normative work. 3 Students Perfectionism demographic variables exist significant differences and interactions. Self, agriculture accounts college students, college students than non-agricultural household fourth-grade girls than boys are more stringent. Students Perfectionism and employment expectations was significantly positively related to self-oriented perfectionism, and point to others perfectionist and social determinants of perfectionism positively predicted college students' employment expectations. Which self-oriented perfectionism and a point others perfectionist can positively predict college students employment expectations treatment; point others perfectionist, social determinants of perfectionism and self-oriented perfectionism positively predicted college students' employment expectations match; social determinants perfect doctrine and point others perfectionist can forward to forecast employment expectations reputation; only self-oriented perfectionism positively predicted employment desired specification.
