Abstract


Location Services is the software industry a new growth point . Location Services software project has its own unique features , complex business processes , software requirements change faster. In order to effectively carry out project management, location-based services face of domestic industry characteristics , location-based services under the conditions of the software features , PMBOK and agile methods to get the domestic location services software business concern and attention. As the domestic software project management needs to be improved, software development methods are simple , the software development process lacks flexibility. Therefore, analysis of location-based services software features, research PMBOK and agile methods specific practice mapping system in order to establish an effective location-based services software project management approach . Firstly, through the literature of software development project management , status and problems .
