Abstract


By the discuss of BaoShan bamboo slips, we try to define the local system of chu state in the late warring states period, including the local management agencies settings, and local management system, such as the household registration system, judicial system, economic system; from the research we can see the management institution of chu state system is undergoing significant change; judging from the local management system, It shows that a nation of local rule in the warring states period is strengthened,and also reflects the important trend of the development of national centralized goverment; This is one of the most important basis that qin dynasty unified the chu and can manage it。
