Abstract


The task-based language teaching is the development of the communicative approach by students in a real context with the target language to communicate , to complete the task with learning objectives , active construction of knowledge of the target language system, to form a comprehensive ability to use language in their own experience . Developed by the Ministry of Education full - time compulsory education , senior high school English curriculum standards \The theory system formed in the country in English as a Second Language This contrasts with China 's national conditions of English as a Foreign Language . Therefore, we should be read in conjunction with the theory of development in foreign countries and China's actual situation , to explore the theoretical system suitable for China 's national conditions , to promote basic English teaching reform in China . Since the \Therefore, this study in Beijing 's 15th middle school questionnaires, observations and interviews , these 26 high school English teachers and 218 students of the secondary school , high school English task-based language teaching in investigation , as follows : 1 ) teacher attitudes and classroom implementation of task-based teaching behavior : most of the teachers teaching positive attitude , their understanding of the task -based language teaching , but the lack of systematic ; helps in the task-based language teaching teaching resources lack rich enough ; combined with the task of classroom activities ; task-based approach is not familiar with lesson preparation time-consuming and learning effects still result oriented examination and grading main factors , leading teachers mainly traditional teaching law teaching . 2) task -based language teaching students the practical effect : students 'interest in learning significantly improve learning confidence and interest were positively correlated ; students' English reading written test results were improved . Therefore , task -based language teaching , students' language proficiency enhancement . 3) implementation of the constraints of the task-based language teaching : students' English proficiency is low , the evaluation system is inconsistent with the task -based language teaching , teachers theoretical level is not high , the shortage of teaching resources , teachers are overloaded with work that hinders the implementation of the main factors in this mode .
