Abstract


The rapid development in the future to obtain the knowledge economy can be said to be a promotion of coordination between man and nature , sustainable economy. Software and information industry is the core of the knowledge economy , the knowledge economy era of national economic strength important part. This article is based on this software and information services for the public service platform for systematic research for the industry to provide professional , continuous , comprehensive decision- support services to optimize the industrial development environment, and promote China's software and information services industry to enhance the overall level of development . This software and information services to the public service platform as the research object, first introduced the theory of public service platform of knowledge and technology. Secondly, it analyzes the status of software and information services , software and information services proposed to build public service platform for the necessity and feasibility . Third, through public service platform in Hubei Province to analyze the situation , find the problems , and analyzes the cause of the problem . In full advantage of international and domestic advanced management experience and practice , based on the platform service process reengineering, the use of modern computer information network system , try to establish an efficient, unified and coordinated public service platform to facilitate the development of software and information industry . Finally, the software and information services to build public service platform and operational mechanism proposed solutions and platforms to ensure the smooth running of the proposed safeguards. Hope that through this research can provide the software and information services industry in Hubei Province Public Service Platform , contribute their strength.
