Abstract


Initiative learning is defined as an independent entity with its own people according to the social development needs, set goals or requirements to fully take initiative, to promote independent external forces actively participate in the teaching process, and ultimately get the full development of consciousness activities. Students learning English initiative is directly related to the level of success in learning English. Initiative learning is the most effective way to learn English, the initiative is higher, the more likely to learn English, and vice versa. However, in the examination-oriented education rooted in the premise, our high school English teaching inefficient learning English initiative is not high. Therefore, quality education at the same time to explore and develop students' English learning initiative, to improve the effectiveness of learning English with the required quality education. Beginning of this article first proposed the problem, according to the concept of quality education, how do we cultivate and improve students learning English initiative. According to this concept, the initiative under the beginning of the article give a definition, then introduces the contents of this paper, namely through the literature review, scholars at home and abroad to understand learning research initiative to explore the initiative to learn the meaning, characteristics and theoretical foundation. This initiative for English students learning English in Chongqing 37 initiative learning status of the investigation, mainly through questionnaires, interviews and other processes to understand students' learning habits, learning methods, habits and so on. Students learn to identify the unique characteristics of the initiative, English learning factors affecting the initiative, and then from the teachers, students, environment, family and other aspects to analyze the impact of the current high school students learning English initiative causes. On this basis, the authors have combined high school students' initiative and learning characteristics, respectively, from the role of teachers, student role, teacher-student relationships, student motivation and other aspects of training students in learning English initiative of specific measures. Authors believe that cultivate and improve students learning English major initiative should be: \By exploring, so I fully understand the pros and cons to the current secondary education for the future direction of proven teaching. This paper presents English teachers in teaching practice students focus on learning English Training Strategy Initiative, in order to promote deeper learning initiative; paper points out the practice of teaching should be constructed in line overall development of students in English classroom teaching initiatives, development and utilization curriculum resources, to change the traditional teacher-student relationship and teaching evaluation methods in four areas to cultivate and improve the initiative to learn English. Based on the initiative of learning research, combined with the actual explore an effective way to learn English in order to develop and improve the initiative, and to promote the school in the same grade. The research initiative for students to learn English and improve the cultivation, the cultivation of students' interest in learning, intellectual development and good study habits and other aspects of great significance.
