Abstract


Since the reform and opening up , China's education is showing a diversified development , hire foreign teachers is also increasing in the number of foreign teachers gradually plays an increasingly important role in the teaching of our schools . Around primary and secondary schools have also started to recruit a lot of foreign teachers and foreign teachers in school teaching , playing an active role in bringing about the teaching methods of the West , to enrich the student 's classroom horizons , plays on the student 's growth can not be ignored role, but also promote the development of education in China . Their hard work on the China Education made ??some contribution , but we also can not ignore the many problems in our country in the management of foreign teachers , how to hire a certain level of responsibility for foreign English teachers , is secondary school teacher management more prominent aspects of the problems , these problems have been not well resolved , will greatly affect the quality of teaching , will also affect the school's reputation is more important to have a negative impact on its taught high school students . Management of foreign teachers should not only into the school teacher management of the overall scope of work also requires schools to set up special institutions to manage . In this paper, three middle schools in Chengdu native-speaking English teachers employed management, for example , described and analyzed the problems and their causes secondary school foreign English teachers employed management strategies for solving problems , to improve our secondary school level management of foreign teachers .
