Teacher’s talk during the class has the function of explaining、questioning、controlling and reflecting. If the teacher can be good at using those functions, he could improve his output talk, which can improve the Chinese teaching in the class. We’ve studied that during the class record in order to explore the problems in the one-to-one teaching class and analyze its reason.We studied the relevant domestic and international literature related to teacher talk, in order to better show the results of previous studies, special studies to clearly lucid, and research can be more convenient for one to one teaching in the foreign language used by teachers, this article Results of the literature into the characteristics of teacher talk, teacher talk classification, the function of teacher talk in three parts. Related to teacher talk and theory as the theoretical support of this study, one to one Chinese language teachers through the Classroom Record of transcription, we found that foreign language, "one to one" classroom teacher talk focused on the problems as follows:low quality Volume, discourse function over a single, not fully all the features of teacher talk. Embodied in explaining too much, too much repetition; question the effectiveness of less; language classroom has poor control; not appropriate evaluation and feedback.In order to allow more in-depth study, we further explore the issues arising from specific causes. This article is only for the reason of this level to analyze the teacher. Based on the above problems in teacher talk, the paper part of the Chinese language teachers one on one interviews, we found:foreign language, "one to one" the lack of Chinese language teaching experience of teachers, a certain lack of language knowledge and theoretical knowledge, a certain lack of teaching ability And the high sense of responsibility, which is leading to low quality of teacher talk, the main reason. This article also concludes on foreign language, "one on one" teaching practice related to the discourse of teachers recommendations of the study, which aims to appeal to scholars on this issue.
