Abstract


Service Trade is a trade way that the service is exported from one country and imported to another country. Open up the history of international trade, the first is trade in goods, and then is international investments; the service trade is the last one. In the 1960s, people began to think about the meaning of the intangible trade, like service trade. Then service trade became more and more important to the international trade. Now, service trade is one of the most important parts of the international trade. With the improvement of the international service trade. China also opens the service market, and it promoted the development of the service trade.Meanwhile, the multi-lateralization of laws on international service trade was set by GATS. It is the first multi-lateralization of laws on international service trade, and it set a series of legal principles, rules and procedures on international service trade. GATS promoted free international trade of service.With the development of China’s service trade, exceptional China becoming one member of WTO. China’s service trade legal system is improving. And because of our open service market and China’s commitment to WTO including service trade, the improvement of the China’s service trade legal system is related with the multi-lateralization of laws on international service trade. In conjunction with the GATS and China’s commitment. I will discuss the improvement of the China’s service trade legal system and some problems of this system. There are five chapters just as the following shows:Chapter1 gives a short introduction of the development of the international service trade and China’s, including the concept of service trade, and the overview of the international service trade and China’s.Chapter2 starts with the introduction of GATS, then in conjunction with the legal principles of GATS and China’s commitment I introduces the improvement of the China’s service trade legal system.Chapter3 in conjunction with the China’s commitment analyzes the problems of the China’s service trade legal system.Capter4 based on the Chapter2 and Chapters, analyzes how to promote the China’s service trade legal system in the future. First. I discuss the principles of improvement, and then give some suggestions.Chapters gives the point of view that the service trade legal system is very important to the service trade, in the future we should promote the development of China’s service trade legal system, in conjunction with the legal principles of GATS and China’s commitment.
