Abstract

Chapter I outlines some of the major is the traditional way of money laundering and money laundering network from concept , features, elements , and several other aspects of the preliminary analysis and comparison , summarized network money laundering \anti- money laundering reality , and from the online banking, electronic money , online casino , online insurance resolve these four aspects of the network laundering external manifestations ; chapter summarizes the international network of anti- money laundering mechanisms , through the \crime Convention \financial regulatory perspective , these three aspects of international cooperation angle proposals suggestions , and strive to solve the anti- Money Laundering develop a reasonable system design. Money laundering network in recent years more and more rampant in such severe form, the legislation should improve the level of development of rational system model , the establishment of an effective anti- money laundering network mechanism to prevent money laundering network harm the interests of nations and peoples .
