Abstract


With the development of science and technology , people gradually realized the dangers of tobacco on public health , and the treatment of diseases caused by smoking enormous costs. However, due to the powerful influence of the tobacco companies and multinational tobacco industry booming , the state 's tobacco control policies unilaterally there are many limitations.
