Abstract


Microblogging as a branch of the new media , the moment is growing rapidly and become a medium of wide public concern . More and more people join microblogging circle, \This article focuses on the microblogging platform , trying to explore the ten microblogging application characteristics , indicating that companies use microblogging reasons for the spread of information , analysis within the enterprise microblogging spread the alienation of part of the application characteristics and applicability of micro -Bo related research with a view of how the enterprise microblogging spread play better and bigger role to make reasonable suggestions. This paper adopts induction, literature analysis , case studies, comparative study , questionnaire survey and other research methods , the first comparative study of induction and France have proposed microblogging convenience, openly expressed , records, information , anonymity alternative , social communication, social promotion, entertainment, companionship and trendy habits and ten other application characteristics , and through analysis and common sense come to freely flaunt microblogging enterprise level management and the reality once the conflict will lead to microblogging within the enterprise dissemination of social promotion, public expression , anonymous alternative , social interaction , entertainment features five applications alienation . This case analysis adopted by the world's top 500 enterprises InBev World Cup in South Africa and the rational use of drinking Day microblogging communication process within the organization , and its part of the company employees microblogging content analysis, analysis of specific cases micro- Bo five applications characterized by alienation phenomenon, a central theme of this article , that is within the enterprise microblogging spread applicability study . Application of theory through the mass media of the three models, and West Kent ( 1992 ) to transmit data on the performance of the media paradox , drawn central argument of this article , that microblogging is more suitable for processing in an open enterprise ambiguity relatively low task, and to participate in the organization of microblogging is more suitable to take anonymous individual , organizational use microblogging release information on the micro- Bo posted information may be passed symbolic processing must be cautious.
