Abstract


Community correction-in jilin procuratorial supervision for the inspection objectWith China’s overall implementation community correction, procuratorial organs as community correction supervisor to participate, and actively cooperate with police, courts and judicial and other related the work of judicial organs. However, in judicial practice, the community correction procuratorial supervision in China is still at the beginning, working the procuratorial supervision theory and practice related problems research enough in-depth for community correction, the procuratorial supervision system remains to be further perfected. In order to prevent appear in the judicial practice procuratorial supervision, this paper takes the trouble to the origin of the community correctional system of community correction, the current situation of procuratorial supervision for a starting point, detailed analysis of the perfect procuratorial supervision system of community correction the necessity, and tries to consummate our country community correction, the idea of procuratorial supervision system. Hope this paper can be theory argumentation of heshbon for support, and more used to judicial practice, thus further promote our community correction, the development of procuratorial supervision work.This paper is divided into three parts:The first part of main reading community correctional system and legal supervision. First, the community correction in introduces the definition, contents and functions; Second from the thought, system origin, this paper expounds two aspects of community correction system in foreign and domestic development; Third, discourses of community correction procuratorial supervision needs, chinese-foreign community correction examples were introduced after the legal supervision organs, discusses the necessity of procuratorial supervision of community correction; Fourth, the concept, from legal supervision in legal supervision organs, then discusses the legal supervision and procuratorial supervision relations.The second part of community correction, read the procuratorial supervision in China at present problems. First is made clear our community correction, the meaning of the legal supervision and main body; Secondly, according to multiple standards will China’s community correction classified legal supervision and content; Third, from external factors and internal factors to read two aspects, detailed in the judicial practice of community correction the difficulties faced by the procuratorial supervision.The third part of our community correction of main reading procuratorial supervision arrangement of system.
