Abstract


Since the founding of the People's Republic of China , in particular, is more than 30 years of reform and opening up , the concept of the rule of law is growing in popularity , and constantly enrich the development of the rule of law theory , the rule of law in our country has made ??gratifying achievements . Lawyer as socialist legal workers , in a number of areas of legislation, law enforcement , the judiciary , the rule of law in China has made remarkable contributions. Thesis the theme of \give full play to promote the comprehensive development of the rule of law in China . The thesis is divided into four parts . The first part , recalled the history of the development of the new Chinese law system and the rule of law in China . The second part , the scope of the role of lawyers in the rule of law in China , that is , what is the role of the lawyer in the rule of law in China . The third part of the research material based detailed discussion of the various manifestations and characteristics of the role of lawyers in the rule of law in China .
