Abstract


Association functional role of trade organizations and accurate positioning is the fundamental guarantee to play. Because of the trade associations started lately in China, lack of development experience, some industry associations is generated within the system, industry associations from the outset, As a result, the presence of functional localization is unclear issues.This article in at present develops the condition to our country guild to carry on the actual inspection and in the ponder foundation, has carried on the limits and to the guild’s legal status proves to the correlation question. Finally makes the following limits to the guild’s legal status: The guild is independent the social group legal people in the civil legal relationship which has the independent civil main body qualifications to the government and the enterprise; In administration legal relationship because the legal laws and regulations authorization or the regulation have the public management authority, the guild is at the administrative main body position, however is opposite to government’s management guild has is at position of the administrative relative person. on the basis of these, further expansion will come ture in the context of the international market, new features so that business industry of our country will go abroad, to international aid to hand.In this paper, summarize the literature on the basis of the theory to explain the meaning of the industry associations, characteristics and organizational nature; and the theoretical basis of the relevant Review, including public organization theory, industrial management theory and funding society views; article focusein ganalysis Comparative is the use of some of the functions of trade associations at home and abroad a comparative study on the basis of the comparison points out the functions of industry associations problems; and through the specification of the advanced experience of foreign countries are summarized. Finally, advance foreign experience, combine with China’s specific national conditions of China’s trade association functions and put up with recommendations of the policy reorientation.
