Abstract


If the business information is the crown of the market economy, then the trade secret is undoubtedly the shining pearl on the crown. Information is king in the business model, how to discriminate the basement of rights on trade secret and the sources of obligations, it is not only to protect the enterprise’s oriental power, but also to ensure the reasonable use of company trade secrets. The author made the equity integration on the perspective of trade secret and legal basis, and tried to find a balance between individual interests and the public interest, national interests and business interests, the interests of owners and interests or competitors, the interests of employees and employers, to protect the national economy’s steady and rapid growth, to ensure competitor’s positive and healthy development.
