Abstract


Economic crimes involving mass participation is a new type one in the rapid economic development of our country. It is not a legal terminology, but a collective name and a sweeping generalization based on vision and identity in the judicial practices of practical departments. The aim of the article is to through studying the type and characterization of the economic crimes involving mass participation to pose a question and to find a solution.The full article can be classified into three categories:Part I is a summary of economical crimes involving mass participation. It is not a legal terminology, but a collective name a sweeping generalization based on vision and identity in the judicial practices of practical departments. The theory circle has not made an exact definition yet. This part is to make an introduction of causing and category of economical crimes involving mass participation. Through the economic crime and wade of endangering public security crimes, multiple property crimes comparison, better to know and understand Economic crimes involving mass participation.Part II analyzes the characteristic of economic crimes involving mass participation. The phenomenon of economic crimes involving mass participation originate from the summary and refinement during the course of handling case of judicial authority This article is to analyze and summary the detailed characteristic in the judicial practice through studying the collection of date, the information of judicial authority, and the table formed from the working conditions.Part III describes the question and the containment measures. This part first make a description of the question of the economic crime in the present situation, secondly, make a reflection and countermeasure. The viewpoint of the article is that, in the condition of frequency of economical crime, we only if deeply analyze the basic situation , grasp the evolution and characteristic ,we can take better measurement to prohibit the high frequency of economic crime, protect the lawful right and interests and maintain the social harmony and stability of socialist market economy and society.
