In recent years , China 's film market in the rapid development and integration of digital technology makes the traditional film industry into their own works ; Internet globalization to develop new mode of transmission makes the film work , especially now be movies for computer dependence the film 's copyright protection to cause difficulty film rights legal protection in the digital era Therefore unprecedented impact . , Copyright protection is particularly important in the context of digital technology, globalization . In the field of copyright , the movie works have become typical and complex works , the digital age has brought about new challenges to traditional copyright theory and existing copyright protection . The International Convention on the Law of Copyright and the most developed countries in the introduction of the new changes to copyright law , and the analysis of the film copyright laws protect the status quo , we can find our urgent need to be given legal the film rights protection under the new circumstances and new conditions to adjust and technical updates . Therefore, the demand for digital copyright protection technology and legal norms of the development of the film industry will be enormous , more cutting-edge and practical significance for the in-depth study of the film copyright protection . The main research task is to combine the technical level from a legal point of view to analyze the various problems encountered by the film copyright protection of the digital age , to learn from the experience gained abroad in the challenge of how to meet the new technology of film rights protection , combined with China 's film industry the reality of the situation , try to put forward a legislative proposal of the China Film Copyright Protection and strategic thinking .
