Abstract


The current labor arbitration in our actual operation encountered difficulties , it is difficult to adapt to the current market-oriented labor relations , diversity and complex needs. To labor arbitration rapid , efficient and cost characteristics solve most flexible labor dispute failed to achieve the legislative intention , but also lost its labor arbitration in labor dispute settlement mechanism should be a core position. \legal requirements, and in accordance with the \interests . On the one hand gives the performance of their duties union broader space , it also provides for the workers a fair and efficient way of legal remedies . In this paper, China's current labor dispute handling system for analysis , and certainly the \Reform of the labor dispute to explore , hoping to deal with our structural reforms of labor disputes make their own little humble .
