Abstract

Mongolia is located in Northeast Asia , South adjacent to the country, bordering the North and Russia . Sparsely populated Mongolia is one of the original state of the natural environment to retain the few countries in the world . But in recent decades , Mongolia devastated the natural environment , the rapid decline in the number of animals and plants , reduced the carrying capacity of the soil , increased industrial pollution , urban garbage piled environmental pollution problems have become increasingly serious. Take active measures to protect the natural environment of Mongolia to develop a large number of environmental protection laws and regulations , although some progress in environmental protection , but still need to improve the legal environment in Mongolia , national laws and policies in the implementation process there are still some problems. Rise of the thirteenth century Mongol period , the ethnic Mongolian Plateau live in nomadic , hunting during the formation of a number of unique habit of protecting the natural environment and family rules . After 1206 's \If Farm \Mongolia established after 1911 , the natural protection of the environment has gone through three stages , 1972 to 1992 to protect the natural environment law during the period of use of natural resources law that 1911-1971 years , 1992 - Mongolia has a new constitution and new environmental Law period. Modern Mongolia Mongolian inheriting unique environmental awareness and methods based learning foreign advanced concepts of environmental law and institutions , according to their own national characteristics and circumstances , and establishing their own environmental legal system . Mongolian environmental law as well as many shortcomings need to continue to improve in real life , but in the setting , the legal system and the operation of the achievements we have to give a definite answer . Ecological problems facing Mongolia is very urgent , but environmental protection achievements are remarkable. This paper describes three aspects of environmental protection legal situation in Mongolia , the first part describes the process of pressing issues facing the ecological environment in Mongolia and Mongolian environmental law system formed , focusing on the environmental protection of Mongolian ancient traditions and the modern environmental law for bring a positive impact on the formation of the second part describes the contents of the legal system of environmental protection in Mongolia , mainly a variety of environmental comprehensive legal regime established in Mongolia , the third part of the doors were introduced in Mongolia Natural Resources law content of environmental protection. This paper describes trying Mongolia Environmental Law traditions , while institutional system , the formation of a summary of the law of development of environmental law in Mongolia , some systems provide a reference for improving China's environmental protection laws.
