Abstract

Range of government information disclosure to address is what government information should be public and what should not be open issues , the scope of FOI , is the core issue of government information disclosure system , but also the focus of government information disclosure legislation , the government information disclosure system of living in an important position. Papers normative analysis , empirical analysis, comparative analysis , combined with the current situation and problems of our range of government information disclosure , analyzes the practice of how to further clarify the scope of government information disclosure issue .
