Abstract


As China's financial reform comprehensively promote China's accession to the WTO to cancel protection of national financial enterprises, commercial banks in the market structure is undergoing profound changes. Successful restructuring and listing of state-owned banks, the strength of the continuous influx of foreign banks, China's banking sector openness and market-oriented greatly improved. Traditional market segmentation, the pattern of local monopoly has been completely broken, the domestic banking market showed intense competition. In the competition, large commercial banks gradually realized the importance of customer resources, the bank shifted the focus of competition on the competition for large customers. In this context, how the banks according to their characteristics and market changes, determine their large customer management strategy, fostering a competitive advantage, and gradually form their own core competitiveness is the urgent need to address a major issue. This paper mainly discusses China's commercial banks account management organizational model and the object of conduct CITIC Bank Z-score of its large customer management organization model were analyzed. This large customers from domestic and foreign commercial banks, management development before the start, through the analysis of large customer management theories, including the theory of relationship marketing and customer relationship management theory, highlighted the \Banking implementation of large customer management theoretical basis, large commercial banks to carry out customer identification model and technical support for account management tool. Then focus on analysis of China's commercial banks both large customers manage organizational model: Bureaucratic and division system, its advantages and disadvantages are analyzed and compared. This paper argues that organizational models only bank account management, to maximize profits means and tools, the key is how banks according to their characteristics, customer orientation and development planning, to select the appropriate account management organizational model to help commercial banks to look at the current science China carried out a vigorous division reform.
