Abstract


Modernized developing provides countless opportunities for the human society, on the other hand, also makes innumerable social risks. Just like Bike say that:“during the modernized progress, the developed index of the productivity make danger and potential threat to a degree we all unknown hitherto.”At present, CHINA is experiencing a transition from planned economy to market economy, from traditional society to modern society. The rapid change of economic and social structure、the sharp adjustment of benefit pattern、the system“vacuum”made by express modernization and the diffusion effects caused by the rapid advance of new technology make CHINA undoubtedly in“the crucial time of reform and developing、the prominent time of contradiction.”The experiences of the other countries in the world during the modernized transition also show that“a modernized society which is in rapid change and in social system transition always filled with various social contract and unrest.”Nowadays, these contradiction and contract mainly present as group events. In recent years, the rate of the group event is more and more high and the scale is bigger and bigger. Under the general backgrounds of structing the harmonious society, the group event cause the attention of the party and the society. Many people think that harmony and contract、stability and unrest seems to a paradox inborn. However, how to see rightly the contract during the harmonious society? How to maintain harmony、seek stability and pursue developing during the contraction? As the ruling communist party of CHINA, how to face these social contracts? This paper which will put the scientific development view as the guidance begins from the point of the construction of our party and analyses the notion、category、characteristic、trend and reason of the group event, and also think the ruling concept of our party as the breakthrough, furthermore, puts forward the preventing and managing measure of the group events.
