Abstract


Today owners of rights issues have increasingly become a hot issue in society , but also the difficulty of successful activist growing concern , so I interpret this article activist role in the success of both the theory of social capital and through the class, help to further proved to be a key factor in the success of the collective rights of success . As owners of rights to explore for this article , has a strong practical in the study , in addition to the authenticity of this article, the author of the critical cases involved the text field surveys were carried out in order to get first-hand and reliable information . In this paper, the author intends activist from examples of success and failure to start, a number of typical cases involving text , through case analysis, Kowloon Hills district of Beijing success stories were analyzed and the starting point for the study , and collected a lot about collective rights , social capital , the emerging middle class and the information rights of the owners , and on this basis to conclude and in addition the text comparative study using several methods , comparison, and thus layers of depth . In this paper, the author studies the possibility of collective rights of the owners of the main line , and gradually in-depth study .
