Abstract


SMEs in China's socialist market economy, an important part of China 's economic development and social stability plays an increasingly important role , however , hinder the development of SMEs continued strong problem - the problem of financing has not been reasonable solution . In fact, there has been financing difficulties of SMEs , 2007, 2008, rising interest rates , so that macroeconomic policy is exacerbated SME financing difficulties, coupled with the impact of the financial crisis , SME financing difficulties further deepen. Therefore, the study of SMEs in the context of the financial crisis, how to break the deadlock financing , both for the current economic situation or in the future economic development, are of great theoretical and practical significance. This paper summarizes the domestic and foreign scholars on how to solve the financing difficulties of SMEs in China on the basis of research results to explain the context of the financial crisis , China's small and medium enterprises in financing new problems , the use of econometric model empirical studies of asset -liability ratio short-term interest-bearing debt ratio to total assets , ROA , ROE , profit cash rate , the main business income growth and the main business profit margins and other key factors. According to regression results , analysis of the causes of increased financing difficulties . Then raised SMEs cope with the financing crisis measures , mainly from the following aspects : to develop SME collective notes will help SMEs to solve the problem of high debt ratios , effectively broaden the financing channels for SMEs ; focus support SME credit guarantee institutions to provide credit enhancement for SMEs , help enterprises to obtain credit support , while improving the export credit insurance , effectively circumvent the export trade of the risk, while reducing the corporate capital return rate ; in China 's economic rise context, proper training and the use of \in the context of further regulate private capital , a reasonable guide private capital to the SME .
