Abstract


Pattern of development in the world today, as in mainland China and Taiwan can be said that this relationship is unique. Even the Taiwan issue can be a little advance political wisdom as human beings corroboration. Resolving the Taiwan issue policies and practices are worth every step to remember history. As from the year since the founding in 2011, the Chinese Communists worked hard, earned good situation on both sides of the current development of cross-strait peace and development has finally entered a new track, investigate the key is correctly implemented the Taiwan policy in practice summed up the experience. Since the Chinese Communist Party National Congress selected papers Taiwan work theory and practice of this period of history, from a historical perspective to record and sort out this period to resolve the Taiwan issue experience and enlightenment. Firstly, in the introduction discusses the significance of the topic and the research status, on this basis, according to the National Congress since the general trend of the development of cross-strait relations, the thesis of the Communist Party of China to resolve the Taiwan issue in theory and practice were divided into three periods: to oppose and contain \Respectively, from the historical background of each period, the theoretical work on Taiwan, Taiwan-related work practices, Taiwan work angle of the impact and effectiveness elaborate. Historical background is mainly selected period trend of cross-strait relations has a significant impact on important historical events or a summary of the international situation; Taiwan work on the theory of the period to carry out the major theoretical generalization, the theory is compared with other policies, analysis of its innovative office; Taiwan work focuses on the practice of recording the actual work of the major achievements; Taiwan work is the impact and effectiveness of the theory and practice of the period the overall evaluation. In the fifth part of the paper since the 16th National Congress of the Communist Party of China on Taiwan theoretical and practical work experience and enlightenment to summarize: Stick to respect history and reality, respect the wishes of the people the spirit of seeking truth from facts; accelerate economic civilization, political civilization, and enhance continental economic and political attractiveness; firmly oppose \social forces. This six experience and inspiration in some of the past to solve the Taiwan issue inheritance, more noteworthy is that new experiences and inspiration.
