Abstract


2010 sixth census, the proportion of the population over the age of 65 reached 8.87%, compared with 2000 increased by 1.91 the fifth census points. Of 2032 is expected to be around zero population growth began to appear. As China's population in rural areas continue to accelerate the aging process, reduce the number of children and senior citizens constantly getting faster and faster growth, the future of rural areas, unsustainable model of family pension, pension pressure. In recent years, China's relevant departments of civil affairs advocate for the town to establish the \populations institutional pension services; strengthen nursing home construction in rural areas, as the \As can be seen, the pension agency in the future will become China's rural old-age stress relief is an important way. This article will focus on the perspective of Shandong and Shaanxi provinces, including Shandong Province as the country's first rural endowment insurance pilot areas, the aging of the rural population in the provinces in the country is more serious and Shandong Province Rural Development pension institutions in our country also belongs to the more developed provinces. As China's Shaanxi province in western portal, the pension agency's development in China's western region has some representation. This paper attempts to both typical rural pension institutions research to grasp the overall development of China's rural pension agency status and major problems. This paper is divided into introduction, body chapters and appendices. In the introduction, the first research background and significance were introduced, followed by the relevant research on this overview and analysis done last, this paper uses research data and research methods are described. Chapter II, Shandong Province by the elderly population survey data on the elderly population status and retirement pension needs were analyzed. Chapter III, combined with pension institutions in rural Shandong Province and Shaanxi Province survey data qualitative interviews rural pension institutions, pension institutions for rural development status and outstanding issues were studied. The fourth chapter analyzes the rural areas, mainly the elderly pension model of institutional knowledge and attitude. Chapter V, the first combination of survey data, Shandong Province, through the interval estimation method to calculate the rural areas of Shandong Province, the potential demand for pension institutions in more than 190 10000-230 between more than ten thousand, the actual gap is huge beds. Secondly, Shandong Province future pension agency the main problems are analyzed and put forward relevant policy recommendations.
