Abstract


Contemporary world is constantly undergoing extensive and profound changes , China is also undergoing extensive and profound changes. Opportunities and challenges in the environment, the Chinese Communist Party wants to become a world vision with vision and political parties , to always walk in the forefront of the times , and always the cause of building socialism with Chinese characteristics the core of leadership , we need to continue to strengthen learning, good learning . Therefore, the construction of a learning party background of economic globalization has become my survival and development of the first party needs , but also to improve the party 's ability to govern the new requirements is to maintain the advanced nature of the Party inevitable choice is to achieve socialist modernization construction and the great rejuvenation of an important safeguard. In this paper, a profound analysis of learning on the basis of political connotation to \Text is divided into four parts: the first part discusses the specific introduction of the problem and the significance of the study , research status , research ideas and frameworks , research methods. The second part of the main political parties to clarify the learning content and features , focuses on the learning party building theoretical basis , the system summarizes the Communist Party of China attach importance to the study of theory and construction of a learning party 's historical experience . The third part focuses on explaining the necessity of building a learning party . Economic globalization and the new technological revolution external requirements, improve the party 's ability to govern the urgent need of building a moderately prosperous society realistic basis and maintaining the Party's advanced nature of the inevitable choice requires the construction of a learning party . The fourth section examines the practical level in creating an effective learning methods and paths of political parties from establishing learning ideas, innovative learning content, create a good study, and institutional strengthening in four areas proposed specific operational strategies to address the \, \Epilogue that the construction of a learning party is a long , complex and arduous system which needs the correct leadership of the CPC Central Committee , Party committees and governments at all levels and Party members and cadres to work together.
